 This excursion is the most difficult but it is very beautiful.
You start the same way as excursion N° 2. When you reach a fork in the path take the high route and after a 10 min walk you will reach a viewpoint that offers spectacular views over the valley of Orient.
After you have enjoyed the view continue up and after another 10 mins you will reach a plain. There you will find 10-12 ruins of “Casas de Carboners” , houses where the charcoal-makers lived. You will see that each house had an oven at the back and in the centre of the ruins there is a natural spring. This plain offers beautiful views. To return to Son Palou go back the same way.
